Iseya Hon-ten is a long-established traditional Japanese sweets shop, and their tamatsubaki ("camellia ball") sweets were made for the wedding of the daughter of the 11th shogun Ienari Tokugawa and Tadanori Sakai, lord of Himeji Castle, and they have since been handed down as an official confectionery of the Himeji domain.
