Coin Lockers for a Fee (Around Himeji Castle)

Coin lockers are available in three locations around Himeji Castle.
*Not many lockers are available, so it’s best to try leaving your items in the station area first.

1. Himeji Castle
Coin lockers located just after you enter the castle after purchasing a ticket.
If your luggage does not fit in the lockers, please consult with the staff at the ticket gate.

[Number of lockers] 20 small to medium-sized lockers, 16 large lockers

2. Egret Himeji
After passing through Miyuki-dori Shopping Street, you’ll come to Honmachi-dori Shopping Street, and if you walk toward the castle, you’ll find a glass-walled facility called Egret Himeji.
[Location] In Honmachi-dori Shopping Street (in front of Otemae Park)
[Opening hours] 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

3. Koko-en Garden
Located in Koko-en, a Japanese garden next to Himeji Castle.
