Bansankan carries a wide variety of famous items and local products from Himeji, as well as the Nishi-Harima region.
The spacious shop interior offers locally-produced products including sweets, refined sake, hand-pulled somen noodles, dried noodles, and soy sauce, as well as a variety of quality and delicious goods from the Harima-nada Sea and surrounding areas.
There are also many local craft goods like Myochin honpo (wind chimes made from iron chopsticks) and Himeji leather goods, so you're sure to have good time even if you're just window shopping.
On the same floor, there is also a leather goods workshop where visitors can see how leather products are made from tanned leather in Himeji.
