Founded in Hayashida, Banshu. Yaegaki brews a cup that goes beyond sake, to enrich the lives of drinkers.
Yaegaki brews its sake with Yamada Nishiki rice, the king of sake rice that hails from this region; the famous "longevity water" of the Hayashida River, and the cold brewing mastered by our modern craftsman and head brewer, Hirokazu Tanaka.
It's these three pillars that produce the mild flavor of Yaegaki.
The Yaegaki JR Himeji Station Store offers direct sales of Yaegaki Sake Brewery, a 350-year business.
The store offers a wide variety of products, including Junmai Daiginjo Aonomu, which won the highest award (Highest Gold Award & IWSC Trophy) at the 2016 International Wine and Spirit Competition, seasonal junmai sake, and other limited products only available at Yaegaki's JR Himeji Station location.
