A Bus Tour from Himeji Station: Experience Sushi and Japanese Sake
How about spending a day experiencing the charm of traditional Japanese culture and cuisine?

Our first stop is Himeji Nadagiku Sake Brewery, which features a wooden brewery building constructed over 100 years ago. You will learn about the history of sake brewing, take memorable photos, and taste 3 to 5 varieties of Japanese sake.
Next, you will visit the locally popular kaitenzushi (conveyor-belt sushi) restaurant Rikimaru for a hands-on sushi chef experience.
For this tour, the restaurant will be reserved exclusively, allowing you to enjoy a truly authentic sushi-making experience. Using fresh ingredients, you will make 8 pieces of nigiri sushi while learning tips directly from professional sushi chefs.

As a special experience, you can even place the sushi you made onto the conveyor belt and watch it go around—just like a real sushi chef! Finally, enjoy your handmade sushi served with aka-dashi (red miso soup).
