Escape the crowds and discover a more peaceful side of Himeji on this unique wellness day tour—combining Zen meditation, Buddhist culture, nature, and a rare radon bath for a day of mindfulness and detox that resets both mind and body.

- Mt. Shosha Ropeway & Engyoji Temple: Take a scenic ropeway up Mt. Shosha, then explore the historic Engyoji Temple—over 1,000 years old, known as the "Mount Hiei of the West" and a filming location for The Last Samurai.

- Monk-Guided Tour & Zen Meditation: Learn about the temple's history and Buddhist teachings from a monk, then take part in an authentic Zen meditation session in a special area not normally open to the public.

- Rare Underground Radon Bath: Head to Tomisu no Sato, a wellness facility inside a former gold mine—one of only three of its kind in the world. Enjoy a lunch made with local ingredients, then refresh in tunnels naturally filled with radon. (You'll change into a provided robe for the radon bath.)

遠離人群與日常喧囂，探索姬路寧靜療癒的另一面。這趟獨特的一日遊，融合坐禪、佛教文化、自然與珍貴的氡浴體驗，帶您展開一場放鬆身心的療癒旅程。

・搭乘纜車登上書寫山，探訪「圓教寺」——這座擁有超過千年歷史的古剎，被譽為「西之比叡山」，更是好萊塢電影《末代武士》與《刺客聶隱娘》的拍攝地。

・由僧侶親自講述寺院歷史與佛教教義，並在平常不對外開放的特別區域中，體驗坐禪。

・日本唯一、全世界僅有三處的珍貴地底氡浴：在金礦坑改建而成的「富栖之里」，品嚐在地食材製成的午餐後，步入充滿天然氡氣的坑道，或躺或坐、悠閒享受氡浴，讓身心煥然一新（氡浴時將換上館方提供的服裝）。
