Our first stop is Nadagiku Sake Brewery, home to a wooden brewery building constructed over 100 years ago. With a guide, learn about the history of sake brewing, take memorable photos, and taste 3 to 5 varieties of Japanese sake.

Next, enjoy a hands-on sushi chef experience at the locally popular kaitenzushi (conveyor-belt sushi) restaurant Rikimaru. Using fresh seasonal fish delivered daily from fishing ports across Japan, and with the restaurant reserved exclusively for this tour, you'll take on the challenge of making 8 pieces of nigiri sushi. Learn tips directly from professional chefs as you enjoy authentic sushi-making. As a special treat, you can even place your sushi onto the conveyor belt and watch it go around—just like a real sushi chef! Finally, enjoy your handmade sushi served with aka-dashi (red miso soup).
