Shosha Mountain Ropeway: Temporary Suspension Due to Scheduled Maintenance

The ropeway will be temporarily suspended for scheduled inspections from Thursday, February 5, 2026, to Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
During this period, it will not be possible to use the ropeway to visit Shosha Mountain Engyoji Temple.

For temple stamp collection and goshuin seals at Shosha Mountain Engyoji Temple (the 27th temple of the Saigoku Thirty-Three Kannon Pilgrimage), a temporary stamp office will be open at the ropeway mountain base station waiting area from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM during the suspension period.
